THE BIG QUESTION

Newcomers to Titania almost always ask the "Big Question".  Depending upon the mindset of the newcomer, the question typically takes one of these forms:

• How do I know the Titania Plan will succeed?

• What if it doesn't work?

• What makes you think you can do what no one else has ever done?

• Who are you to imagine you can solve the "Big Problem"?

• What's so special about the Titanian methodology?

• Where is the evidence that the Titanian organizational plan represents the embodiment of a valid ethic?

These are valid questions. The skepticism they represent is both healthy and ethical. (Remember it is ethical to doubt.)

Although Titania is a new institution, there in fact exists a massive body of evidence that its methodological foundation is solid. To understand this evidence we need to compare our current societal failings with those of the Japanese following World War II.
