The next time Julian P. Heicklen an 80-year-old retired chemistry professor demonstrates for the jury Nullification Rights outside the federal courthouse in Manhattan, he may make it home without being locked up by Thugs in Blue.

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the dismissal of an indictment against the professor, Julian P. Heicklen, who had been charged with jury tampering for advocating the controversial position known as jury nullification while outside the courthouse.

Mr. Heicklen had repeatedly stood with a “Jury Info” sign and handed out brochures supporting nullification, the view that jurors who disagree with a law may ignore their oaths and vote to acquit a defendant accused of violating it.

Prosecutors said such advocacy, “directed as it is to jurors, would be both criminal and without constitutional protections no matter where it occurred.”

But the judge, Kimba M. Wood of Federal District Court, wrote that a person violated the jury tampering statute only when he or she knowingly tried to influence a juror’s decision through a written communication “made in relation to a specific case pending before that juror.”

Judge Wood added that she would not “stretch the interpretation” of the statute to cover speech that was “not meant to influence” a juror’s actions in a specific case.

Mr. Heicklen expressed pleasure at the ruling. “Not just for me,” he said. “I think it’s a major decision for the country.”

The only reason a country goes to war is for control of resources, it is not for noble reasons.

I am heading out of town to do a video documentary on the 3 Ron Paul Billboards that have been put up in and around Arizona.

The First one that we will be visiting the 8×28 on the side of Terrys Barn in Cottonwood Arizona That was put up by Morpheus, 4409 and Tesla This is the first known Ron Paul 2012 Billboard.  The second is between Baker and Barsow California, At the Truck stop on Afton Rd and I -15 This one measures 28 x 32 That was designed By Morpheus, and the project was entirely funded By Ernie Hancock (Frodo) including 40 foot lift and all the materials to put up 2 gigantic signs including 2 semi tractor that were designed by 4409. There was a small company of people that participated in this one and I will do my best to include everyone that was involved however if I miss you my apologies. Telsa, Brock Sherri, Tao, 4409, and a few others. hey it was 5 years ago.  It is my understanding that the billboard has deteriated and the top row is missing so you can figure what that says.

From there we are going to be heading to the 3rd billboard that was recently erected with Ron Paul in 9 foot letters that is I-40 and Sanders Arizona near the New Mexico Boarder.  This Billboard has been operating as a 9/11 truth billboard for 2+ years and I was able to swing a deal to put Ron Paul on that location until there is another party that wants to use it.

That Ron Paul Billboard was put up by Morpheus, Psychic Taxi, John Penrose and Oyote of Prescott and was funded by generous donation from hard core activists in the phoenix area by putting their money where their mouth is.  I wont mention any names however know who you are.

On the last leg of the trip will be with a interview of the strongest Statesman we have in the state of Arizona, my friend Karen Johnson. To call her a politician would be insult to those who would fought bravely for our countries freedom in the revolutionary war.  Was Thomas Jefferson a politician?  George Washington?  To Equate any of them as politicians as the same crew in Washington is a criminal act.  Karen Johnson, who bravely on the floor of the Arizona state Senate made a 20 min presentation on the inconsistencies of 9/11, where I observed traitor senators deposit this unquestionable evidence in the garbage pail!

The point of this documentary is to ask people out there in the world what are you doing for Ron Paul?  Here we are in Arizona and we have put up 3 gigantic billboards for Ron Paul What are you doing?  Ron Paul is going to win the only way the elietist are going to allow it to happen is with the election being overwhelming.  I mean if these guys would bring down the world trade centers and LIE THRU THEIR TEETH ABOUT IT, do you believe that they wouldnt change some numberrs on a peice of paper call “VOTING”  Come on.

The purpose of the documentary is to inspire people to get out there and press hard for Ron Paul. Ron Paul is a 76 year old great grand father who has WON 14 times his seat and 3 times against incumbents.  He has been in Training for this moment for all of his life and Ron Needs OUR HELP NOW!  We have to put billboards like these ball over the country and Eff the Main Stream media.

Part of the project is to go to Las Vegas and street peddle pocket constitutions to the people on strip to help fund the journey.

Does Ron Paul matter?

The Texas congressman doesn’t have a chance of winning the GOP presidential nomination. In fact, it’s looking like no one does against Mitt Romney.

Mary, Mary quite contrary, Ron Paul is going to WIN and the BORG ESTABLISHMENT is starting to FREAK OUT and is scared to death!

Yet Paul seems to be enjoying a certain momentum. The contrarian libertarian placed a respectable third in the Iowa caucus, garnering 21 percent of the vote, just behind Romney and Rick Santorum, who each polled just under 25 percent of the vote.

Mary, you dolt, in Iowa it was a 3 way tie with all the top candidates receiving 6 delegates each.  THAT WOULD BE CALLED A TIE!  Further Ron Paul is a Republican are you really that tarded?

In New Hampshire, Paul continued to improve. He still finished well behind Romney, taking 23 percent of the vote compared to Romney’s 39 percent, but he took second and looked more like a serious candidate than the fringe also-ran he was in 2008.

Mary you imbecile, Ron Paul is not the fringe, he is main stream for We The PEOPLE.  Only those in the government-industrial complex and their cheer leaders consider him “fringe”.  Would you consider George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, “fringe”?  Furthermore Ron Paul destroyed Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich who are both clearly out of touch with everyone except for BIG GOVERNMENT STATISTS.

It won’t be enough to upset the GOP’s anointed candidate — not in this election cycle. However long Paul remains in the race, he can only hope to hold on as a protest candidate.

This at a time when money is poised to corrupt electoral politics as never before. This is the first presidential primary season of the age of the new so-called super PACs. These lightly regulated committees — which can accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, unions and other groups — have already accounted for nearly half of all campaign spending. Made legal by virtue of two U.S. Supreme Court rulings, the groups allow the rich to make an end run around the old campaign finance rules.

To make matters worse, the super PACs have been behind brutal negative ad campaigns that have damaged all the Republican candidates.

Paul, who is distinguished among the Republican field for having amassed his war chest in small contributions from plain folks, is the kind of candidate who gives people hope that our electoral politics can change for the better. That big money will not always dominate, and that the people can unseat the establishment favorites if they muster enough votes. That every vote counts more than every corporate contribution or massive donation by an individual.

The problem with Paul is that his contrarianism often goes too far even for those who sympathize with him. In Paul’s worldview, the U.S. isn’t merely more hesitant to be engaged globally; it is nearly disengaged. He wants the U.S. to pull out of the United Nations.

Long after Mitt Romney is nominated as the GOP candidate, and after the outcome of a Romney vs. Obama matchup is known, will come the analysis of this presidential campaign. We’ll know who funneled the money to achieve the result, and what spoils they reaped in reward. And it won’t make any of us feel good about the health of our democracy.

The BORG is ready for War with YOU!

Fargo is North Dakota’s largest city, yet its placid lifestyle seldom sees the chaos common in other urban communities.  This quiet city has averaged fewer than two homicides a year since 2005, and there’s not been a single international terrorism prosecution in the last decade.

But that hasn’t stopped BORG Agents in Fargo and its surrounding county from going on an $8 million buying binge to arm police officers with the sort of gear once reserved only for soldiers fighting foreign wars.

Every paramilitary BORG squad car in Fargo, is equipped today with an assault rifle and Kevlar helmets, able to withstand incoming fire from battlefield-grade ammunition. BORG officers can now summon a new $256,643 armored truck, complete with a rotating turret. The truck is used at the annual city picnic, where it’s been parked near the children’s bounce house. This way the BORG can CON-vince the populace what a great investment it has made by spending stolen funds, known to the BORG as taxes, granted to the city by the federal government.

“Most people are so fascinated by it [the armored truck], because nothing happens here,” says Carol Archbold, a Fargo resident and criminal justice professor and spokesperson for the BORG at North Dakota State University. “There’s no terrorism here.”  In reality the eyesore activates the Reticular Activating System in the brain that stimulates levels of FEAR in the minds of unawakened people in the quiet town.

Thousands of other local police departments nationwide have been amassing stockpiles of military-style equipment in the name of homeland security, aided by more than $34 billion in Stolen Funds by federal grants since the False Flag terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

The buying spree has continued the transformation of local peace keeping departments into paramilitary-like forces, and using intimidating equipment to strike fear into the minds of civilians is no doubt part of the overall psychology of the BORG agents.  Without this constant low level of fear, concerning a problem that the BORG created in the first place, what need for this parasite would there be?

“The argument for up-armoring is always based on the least likely of terrorist scenarios,” says Mark Randol, a former BORG terrorism expert at the Congressional Research Service, the nonpartisan research arm of Congress. “Anyone can get a gun and shoot up stuff. No amount of SWAT equipment can stop that.”  It needs to be noted that the government’s passage of such freedom destroying legislation such as SB 1867, turns all Americans into potential terrorists. SB 1867 follows in the footsteps of Bill of Rights nullifying “Patriot Act” with provisions to murder and detain INDEFINITELY any malcontented American to places like Guantanamo, Cuba without trial or due process.

BORG Agents and their PR firms known as “The News”, aptly known as the “Lame Stream Media” (LSM), become hostile at the mere suggestion that police agencies have become “militarized”.  They justify the need by citing examples for these upgrades in firepower and other equipment by claiming it is necessary to combat criminals with more lethal capabilities. Or at least criminals not franchised by the BORG.  They never seem to mention that governments kill more people than all other criminals combined!  They point to the 1997 Los Angeles bank robbers who pinned police for hours with assault weapons, the gun-wielding student who perpetrated the Virginia Tech massacre in 2007.  The LSM are generally complacent in mentioning examples where armed members of We the people have thwarted criminal activity.

The new weaponry and battle gear, they insist, helps save lives in the face of such threats. “I don’t see us as militarizing police; I see us as keeping abreast with society,” former Los Angeles Police Chief (and BORG Agent) William Bratton says. “And we are a gun-crazy society.”  In reality, the BORG is scared to death of the populace, as one day they may wake up from their mass hypnosis and realize the BORG is the problem – not the solution.

BORG agent and Police Lt. Ross Renner, who commands the regional SWAT team: “It’s foolish to not be cognizant of the threats out there, whether it’s New York, Los Angeles, or Fargo. Our residents have the right to be protected. We don’t have everyday threats here when it comes to terrorism, but we are asked to be prepared.”  Actually the BORG asked themselves and they agreed with the decision they made already:  to continue to inspire FEAR into the hearts and minds of people everywhere as a mechanism to continue the extortion by stealing money from We The People to “protect us” from the boogeyman they, the BORG, created in the first place.  It is Paramount to note when the populace WAKES UP and gets uppity about being robbed from, their rights being turned into privileges, and being turned into SLAVES, the BORG have all the necessary hardware to quell any SLAVE rebellion.

The skepticism about the Homeland spending spree is less severe for Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and New York, which the BORG, have determined to be their likely targets. The nagging question persists:  is the stolen tax money handed out without any regard for risk assessment or need?  Adding insult to injury is gap in accounting for the decade-long spending spree. The BORG-U.S. Homeland Security Department says it doesn’t closely track what’s been bought with its tax dollars or how the equipment is used. BORG in State and local governments don’t maintain uniform records either.  The BORG have no problem monitoring every single phone call, email and financial transaction We The People make; but when it comes to monitoring how the money (taxes) stolen from We the People is spent on military hardware, that’s not even a little bit necessary.

9/11 AIRCRAFT AIRBORNE WELL AFTER CRASH

UNITED 93 IN THE VICINITY OF FORT WAYNE, INDIANA AND CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS AT TIME OF SHANKSVILLE ALLEGED CRASH

(PilotsFor911Truth.org) – More information has surfaced which conclusively demonstrates the aircraft reportedly used on 9/11, were airborne well after their alleged crashes. This article supplements our last, “ACARS CONFIRMED – 9/11 AIRCRAFT AIRBORNE LONG AFTER CRASH” in which the ACARS system is explained as well as how to determine if a message were received by the aircraft, along with how ground stations are selected through Flight Tracking Protocol based on messages routed to United 175, N612UA. We now have further evidence which places United 93, N591UA, in the vicinity of Champaign, IL, 500+ miles away from the alleged crash site in Shanksville, PA. This information is further corroborated by a (now former) United Airlines Manager of Flight Dispatch Michael J. Winter.

On January 28, 2002, Mr. Winter gave an interview to the FBI at United Headquarters near Chicago, IL(1). During this interview, Mr. Winter reviewed a list of ACARS messages explaining the contents and which messages were received or rejected. The messages provided below are the most significant and fatal to what we have been told by the 9/11 Commission. Two messages were routed through the Fort Wayne, Indiana remote ground stations (FWA), followed by two more messages which were routed through Champaign, IL (CMI).

The remote ground station used to route the message to the aircraft (FWA or CMI), the time and date in which the message is sent (eg. 111351, meaning the 11th of Sept, at 1351Z or 0951am Eastern), the flight number (UA93), and the tail number of the airplane in which the message is intended (N591UA), are all highlighted in red. The underlined date and time is when the message was received by the airplane. Although the first two appear to be identical, the message number denotes that they are in fact two separate messages, which is highlighted in blue. The messages are as follows -

As described in our first article on this topic based on Category A and B flight tracking(3), this aircraft would not have had messages routed through the above remote ground stations if it were enroute to crash in Shanksville, PA. Many other stations are much closer if in fact United 93 crashed in Shanksville. In order to follow the messages based on remote ground stations, we have included the Google Earth File used to construct the various stations and associated messages, with an overlay of the United 93 Flight path according to the National Transportation Safety Board(2).

There are 10 remote ground stations closer to the flight path than FWA, even more if including CMI ground station in Champaign, IL which is nearly 500 miles from the Shanksville crater. However, according to Mr. Winter, United 93 received messages from CMI remote ground station in Champaign, IL more than 7 minutes after the alleged crash(1). Mr. Winter explains -

“Printer” and “Screen” indicate the printer on the flight deck and the flight management computer screen, respectively, as is described in the sourced documentation(1). Based on Category A and B flight tracking(3), it can be determined that TOL and FWA are not the best stations for routing messages, however routing through CMI is completely absurd if the aircraft in fact crashed in Shanksville. Furthermore, according to the NTSB animation reconstruction, the aircraft allegedly crashed in Shanksville at 10:03am(4). How can the aircraft possibly receive a message activating an audible signal in the airplane at 1410 (10:10am Eastern)? It can’t if it crashed in Shanksville, it can if were in the vicinity of CMI. Finally, there is no possible way that an aircraft can receive a message from a remote ground station which is 500+ miles away. The range for remote ground stations is 200 miles, and that is only guaranteed above 29,000 feet(5).

We now have several levels of corroboration demonstrating the aircraft were still airborne after their alleged crashes -

- From our first article, the logs themselves showing time sent and received based on statements made by Ed Ballinger,
- Ground station routing based on flight tracking protocols,
- Expert statements,
- And now, messages that were received well out of range from Shanksville, PA after the time of the alleged crash.

It is conclusive, the 9/11 Aircraft were airborne long after their alleged crashes.

Send this evidence to your Congress Representative, your Senators, Judges, Lawyers, print it out and hand it to your pilots when boarding a flight (Pilots love reading material while in cruise). SB 1867 allows military to detain and murder anti-government demonstrators in America

(NaturalNews) I don’t know if you’re all getting this through your heads yet, but Senate Bill 1867 — the National Defense Authorization Act — would openly “legalize” the U.S. government’s detainment and murder of OWS demonstrators  and the assassination of talk show hosts, bloggers, journalists and anyone who holds a so-called “anti-government” point of view. This is the open and blatant declaration of war against any who do not going along with TSA thugs reaching down your pants, the Goldman Sachs economic takeover of nations, the secret arrest and torture of American citizens, and other acts of outright tyranny waged by an out-of-control government.

Those who have been burying their heads in the sand over the coming police state need to wake up and face the music. That U.S. Senators would knowingly and willfully attempt to pass a bill that legalizes the indefinite detainment, torture and killing of American citizens with no due process whatsoever — and on American soil! — is nothing less than a traitorous betrayal of the once-free American people. These are, our founding fathers would have said, acts of war against the People. They reveal the insidious plan to put in place a legal framework to end the Bill of Rights, murder protesters, and overrun America with total police state brutality.

And yet the sheeple are still asleeple

And YES, it has now been confirmed that the indefinite detainment and murder provisions do apply to American citizens on the streets of American cities. As Sen. Lindsey Graham explained in plain language on the Senate floor: “…1031, the statement of authority to detain, does apply to American citizens and it designates the world as the battlefield, including the homeland.”

That means America, for those of you who are still wondering what “homeland” means. It’s a phrase borrowed from Nazi Germany, of course, which is the source of much of this legislation as you might have noticed.

“The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself,” says the ACLU (http://www.aclu.org/blog/national-s…).

Homefront: The U.S. government’s war against the People

If this bill passes and is signed into law, it would mean that America’s war machine could then be turned against the American people — liberal, conservative, libertarian… it doesn’t matter. If you question the government, you are suddenly an “enemy combatant” and they will cite this law as the legal justification for putting a bullet in your head, fire-bombing your little protest group, or literally running over you and your buddies with tanks. The premeditate murder of U.S. protesters (Occupy Wall Street, anyone?) is now being codified into law as the government’s “right.” Of course, your rights to Free Speech, due process, owning a firearm and other rights are being obliterated in the process. Only the government has “rights” now, didn’t you know? The slaves of the nation (i.e. the citizens) are being stripped of all rights, including the right to grow your own food, have a picnic or even buy fresh dairy products from a farmer.

Governments routinely murder far more people than terrorists

Right now, every history teacher in America should be absolutely outraged about all this, as they know what always comes next in the history of nations. Once any government “legalizes” the murder of its own citizens, it is inevitably followed by a mass-murder holocaust-style event.

Tyrants, you see, always like to “legalize” their mass murder before they pull the trigger. Just read the history of Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Mao and others. In every case, they worked diligently to put into place a legal framework for the mass murder that was about to be unleashes on their own citizens. That legal framework looks strikingly similar to Senate Bill 1867, which is about to be passed.

This also brings to mind the mathematical reality that, statistically speaking, governments are orders of magnitude more deadly than terrorists. While terrorists sometimes success in taking out a few thousand people at a time, governments routinely murder tens of MILLIONS of people.

So if the People of America had any courage at all, they would be running the People’s road blocks and searching government vehicles for weapons! It is the government agents, after all, who are statistically at the highest risk of engaging in mass murder, and very soon the U.S. Senate looks likely to effectively legalize that mass murder.

At the airports, We the People should be searching the TSA employees and checking them for illegal drugs, child pornography and stolen electronics. At government buildings, We the People should be searching all the government employees who come and go to make sure they don’t stage the demolition of their own buildings as a way to blame whatever convenient enemy they want to discredit — patriots, conservatives, “conspiracy theorists” or what have you.

It’s no longer a conspiracy theory, you see, that the government wants to have the legal right to openly murder U.S. citizens right on the streets of America. It’s written right into the Senate bill. It’s public record. So all those out there still clinging to their pathetic denialist “conspiracy theorists” rants can now clamp shut their pie holes and throw themselves off a cliff or something. It’s time to face the reality of the total police state tyranny that’s now written in black and white, plain as day.

All of you who are still obsessed with your narrow world view of fashion, dancing with the stars, microwaveable processed food and fake mainstream news are about to be rocked out of your easy chairs and dumped into the cesspool of tyranny at your doorstep. Just know that when they come for you, there will be nobody left to speak for you, because you remained silent as all this was rolled out. And I won’t be there for you, either, because I’ll be holed up in Texas, handing out emergency food supplies to the local churches and performing emergency medicine procedures on those protesters wounded by U.S. government military attacks — the ones that are still alive, anyway.

You think none of this is coming? Why would the U.S. Senate write this into law if they didn’t intend on using it to murder Americans? Maybe you need to clear the cobwebs out of your head and open your eyes to what’s really happening right now in the U.S. Senate.

Read between the lines, folks. It’s not that difficult to get the full picture here. The very idea that the U.S. Senate is even considering such a law to “legalize” the detainment and murder of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil by U.S. troops is, all by itself, a complete and utter crime against the American people.

The U.S. Senate is about to declare WAR on the American people. And I don’t mean that metaphorically. They are trying to make this a military war where anyone who opposes the U.S. government — even if they have nothing at all to do with “terrorism” — is now a fair game target for precision bombings, assassinations and heavy military armor (i.e. tanks rolling down your driveway).

Some good news: Congressman Dennis Kucinich has publicly spoken out against the bill (even though he’s not in the Senate). So has Sen. Rand Paul. His father, Ron Paul, has also stated his opposition to the illegal detainment provision of the bill. There are hints that if the bill passes, President Obama may veto it. If he did, that would be one of the most profound freedom-protecting actions of his administration, but don’t hold your breath on that count. You never know what these politicians will do when they think they have the power to murder their own citizens — they’re drunk with power, after all, and they love to rule over the masses with a kind of devilish insanity. Remember: Obama already has a “kill list” of Americans to be murdered overseas, but this new Senate Bill 1867 would legalize that right on U.S. soil.

So one day you call in to talk radio and express your discontent with the President, let’s say, and the next day a U.S. marine scout sniper sets up his .338 sniper rifle a couple hundred yards from your house, waits for you to sit down to watch Anderson Cooper vomit out the evening’s news propaganda, and then he pulls the trigger and blows your neck off, causing your head to land smack dab in that bowl of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese you were just trying to shovel down your threat because someone told you it was “food.” This will all be LEGAL under the new Senate bill 1867 because they will claim you were a “terrorist collaborator” who questioned the wisdom of the executive leadership of America. Once due process is stripped away, anything can be justified by the government, including the open murder of its own citizens.

This is the whole point of a nation of LAW. The laws describe specific legal rights afforded to citizens, but most importantly they describe the LIMITS of power of government. It is those limits that the government is now trying to completely obliterate, turning America into a complete military dictatorship / fascist nation where laws are only applied to the People, not to the government itself. These are practically the exact words recently uttered by Newt Gingrich during a recent debate, in which he said due process and the Bill of Rights should only apply to people who engage in common criminal acts such as stealing or robbing people. But no such rights or due process privileges should exist when there is a “war” going on, Gingrich insisted! And the U.S. Senate is about to declare the entire USA “homeland” to be a battlefield of a never-ending war, get it?

Are you grokking all this yet? These tyrants are about to declare the entire USA a battlefield where NO ONE has any due process, no Bill of Rights, no protections under any law, nothing! And if Gingrich becomes President — oh my God please don’t let this happen — then we are looking at the runaway militarization of everything in America, including a huge ramping up of the so-called “war on drugs” which we’ve already exposed as a total failure and a complete hoax (http://www.naturalnews.com/034289_A…).

If this bill passes and is signed into law by the President, the USA is officially at war with its own People, and you can expect the government will immediately begin staging false flag bombings so they can justify a multi-year campaign of total genocide against all who refuse to cower down to the (now admitted) anti-freedom tyrants in Washington.

Rush Hemispheres

Hemispheres is about the civil war that is going on inside everyone of us humans and society as well.  Isn’t it amazing is how well balanced the mind actually is?  Have you ever thought about how one side doesn’t dominate the other side completely?  The society we have in the early 21st century is a construct that is designed, to patronize the god of reason, Apollo.  Apollo is also the god of war.  The other side that is more intuitive, loving, non-linear is systematically limited, avoided or destroyed.
