TREASON – A NOTICE TO PUBLIC SERVANTS

On the night of December 23, 1913 the United States Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act and thereby committed the greatest act of TREASON in history. It surrendered this nation’s sovereignty and sold the American people into slavery to a cabal of arch-charlatan international bankers who proceeded to plunder, bankrupt, and conquer this nation with a money swindle.

The “money” the banks issue is merely bookkeeping entries. It cost them nothing and is not backed by their wealth, efforts, property, or risk. It is not redeemable except in more debt paper. The Federal Reserve Act forced us to pay compound interest on thin air. We now use worthless “notes” backed by our own credit that we cannot own and are made subject to compelled performance for the “privilege”.

From 1913 until 1933, the United States paid the “interest” with more and more gold. The structured inevitability soon transpired: the Treasury was empty, the debt was greater than ever, and the United States declared bankruptcy. In exchange for using notes belonging to bankers who create them out of nothing on our own credit, we are forced to repay in substance (labor, property, land, businesses, resources, life in ever-increasing amounts. This may have been the greatest heist and fraud of all time.

When a government goes bankrupt, it loses its sovereignty. In 1933 the United States declared bankruptcy, as expressed in Roosevelt’s Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933, confirmed in Perry v. United States, (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79 L.Ed 912, as well as 31 USC 5112, 5119, and 12 USC 95A. The bankrupt United States went into receivership, reorganized in favor of 115 creditors and new owners. In 1913, Congress turned over America… lock, stock and barrel to a handful of criminals whose avowed intent from the beginning was to plunder, bankrupt, conquer, and enslave the people of the United States of America and eliminate this nation from the face of the earth. The goal was, and is, to absorb America into a one-world private commercial government, a “New World Order.”

On March 9, 1933 President Roosevelt called for the passing of The WAR POWERS ACT TITLE 12 USC. Section 95 (a) and 95 (b). This act declared all United States Citizens to be the enemy of the United States Government, and placed us under permanent Emergency Rule, bypassing Constitutional constraints on government.

With the Erie R.R. v Tompkins case of 1938, the Supreme Court confirmed their success. We are now in an international private commercial jurisdiction in colorable admiralty-maritime under the Law Merchant. We have been conned and betrayed out of our sovereignty, rights, property, freedom, common law, Article III Courts, and The Bill of Rights has been statutized into “civil rights” in commerce. You have destroyed the Republic. America has been stolen. We have been made slaves, i.e. permanent debtors, bankrupt, in legal incapacity, rendered commercial “persons,” “residents,” and corporate franchisees known as “citizens of the United States”

Since 1933 what is called the “United States Government” is a privately owned corporation of the Federal Reserve/International Monetary Fund. It is merely an instrument whereby the bankers administer their ongoing subjugation and plunder of what was once considered “the last great hope of human freedom.” All “public servants,” officials, Congressmen, politicians, judges, attorneys, law enforcement officers, States and their various agencies, etc., are the express agents of these foreign principals – see Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938; 22 USC 286 et seq, 263A, 185G, 267J, 611© (ii) & (iii); Treasury Delegation Order #91 – who have stolen the country by clever, intentional, and unrelenting fraud, trickery, treachery, non-disclosure, miss-representation, intrigue, coercion, conspiracy, murder. If there is a greater tragedy in human history it is hard to know what it is.

An insidious aspect of this is that “officials” like you may think you are “public servants,” are upholding the “law,” or other hoaxes. In truth you are conscientiously and assiduously serving the archenemies of yourselves, your own rights, your fellow citizens, continued human rights, life, and freedom in general. YOU are seditiously administering the plunder, bankruptcy, conquest, destruction, dismantling, and elimination of your country. YOU are systematically defrauding, extorting, impoverishing, and injuring human life on the basis of crimes and lies of such magnitude, depth, and proportions as to be beyond human comprehension.

Now you believe you can sell this nation to foreign powers with the stroke of a pen by Executive Order 12803, April 30, 1992.

By so doing, you are committing TREASON and PERFIDY so immense as “to make the angels weep.” If you and your fellow “officials” do not understand the real situation, you are ignorant, naive, deceived, and conned. You are sheer dupes. If you do know and are parties to it, you are guilty of evil and heinous BETRAYAL. You are in such case TRAITORS and CRIMINALS. All of you “in power” are therefore, either fools or knaves, either of which eminently invalidates your “authority” and renders null and void absolutely all-moral obligation to pay allegiance or to obey the TREASONOUS SYSTEM you enforce with such mechanical viciousness.

If, you, “public servants” had any shred left of humanity, awe, heart, clarity, sanity, access to your true being and conscience, you would instantly resign and do everything possible to inform the American people of their plight and help us retrieve our rights and our country. Only by such means can you even begin to atone for your endless crimes against humanity, the lives you so arrogantly and mindlessly butcher with the “meat-grinder of the law.”

What do you think the American people will do as they discover that they have no more country, that they are slaves to mortal enemies, that they have been tricked and betrayed by their “leaders” who sold them out? What do you think they will do when they realize that all their alleged “public servants” are willing or stupidly compliant parties to the plunder, bankruptcy, subjugation, and ruin of their lives and country?

There is no acceptable excuse for what you have done. You cannot engage in bringing harm to life and, like the Nazi’s defense at Nuremberg, presume that because you do so under the “authority” of an imaginary, abstract, unreal legal fiction called “government” you are freed of the consequences of your acts. Moral and natural law are not obviated by ignorance, hubris and self-righteous militancy. Your entire system – from the ground up – is deceit and fraud. It is illicit in essence and ab initio. As Broom’s Maxims 297, 729 put it: “A right of action cannot arise out of fraud.” Honor is earned by honesty and

integrity, not under false and fraudulent pretenses. The color of the cloth one wears cannot cover up the usurpations, lies, and treachery. “When black is fraudulently declared to be white, not all will live in darkness.”

More and more Americans are awakening to the truth. What do you think the American people will do as they discover that they have no more country, that they are slaves to mortal enemies, that they have been tricked and betrayed by their “leaders” who sold them out? What do you think they will do when they realize that all their alleged “public servants” are willing or stupidly compliant parties to the plunder, bankruptcy, subjugation, ruin and destruction of their lives and country? Thomas Jefferson wrote: “An honest man can feel no pleasure in the exercise of power over his fellow citizens.” Lincoln said: “Just as I would not be a slave, neither would I be a master.”

I will not participate in your corrupt, arrogant, and cruel fraud, either as perpetrator or victim. I will no longer sit here and writhe. The TYRANNY over this nation MUST END! End Emergency Rule. Repeal all laws passed under Emergency Rule. Give us back our substance and our law. Give us back our Republican form of government.

If you continue with this course, you will have natural and moral law and higher powers to answer to, not to mention all those you have wronged under color of law. You will have your own laws turned against you, as you have turned the law against us. To transform the shield of protection into a sword of exploitation, subjugation, and plunder is perfidy. I am an American. My destiny is to live as a freeman on the land my forefathers conquered and that I will fight to keep.

You have now been placed on notice. All further actions on your part will be willful! Resolutely, from an American who demands their country back.

Is there any truth to the Iraqi dinar rumors?

Notes from the Field
Date: May 13, 2011
Reporting From: Santiago, Chile

Have you heard the rumors about the Iraqi dinar? Week in, week out, we receive at least 2-3 questions about this.  The ‘word on the street’ is that the Iraqi government is set to “increase” the value of the dinar, essentially re-peg it against the dollar by 2, 10, even 100 times its current value.

In other words, rumor has it that if you’re sitting on $1,000 worth of Iraqi dinar, that after the re-pegging, that same dinar will be worth up to $100,000, practically overnight.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it just isn’t true… and I wanted to take some time today and lay these rumors to rest since it’s such a popular question within this community, and I know that there are some people scrambling to pick up dinar.

In 2010, the Central Bank of Iraq did announce plans to ‘redenominate’ the Iraqi dinar, effectively chopping off a few zeros from the nominal value of the bank notes. But the actual value in US dollar (or euro, gold, oil, wheat, etc.) terms would remain unchanged.

Any potential upside in the Iraqi dinar is in becoming a free-floating, market based currency. Many currencies in the Middle East including the United Arab Emirates dirham and Saudi riyal are pegged to the US dollar. So is the Iraqi dinar.

Iraq’s peg is set by the International Monetary Fund because, at this time, there is no international market for the dinar. In time, I suspect the dinar may break away from this fixed rate (similar to how Kuwait abandoned its dollar peg several years ago) and appreciate against the dollar.

Over time, this would result in single or double digit returns, however, not overnight fortunes of making 100 times your money. I still own some of the old Saddam Hussein dinars, they’re just collectors items for me, nothing more.

Bottom line: don’t believe the hype about the dinar. Even if you’re bullish on the country and think that a market valued dinar will appreciate, you would still have to hold the investment in cold, hard cash. There are better proxies for Iraqi growth, particularly in Kurdistan. We’ll explore those another time.

Another reader, Victor, recently wrote and asked, “Simon, how do you receive mail? You are traveling constantly, what is the ‘secret’ that permanent travelers use to receive mail and packages?”

Physical mail is so last century. I can’t remember the last time I received something in the mail that I actually cared to read. In the US, it’s either junk mail, universities and charities hitting me up for more money, or annoying letters from some government agency.

Years ago, I used to have a commercial mail drop in the US. These companies make it their business to receive mail on your behalf, then forward it to you wherever you are in the world.

The guy who owned it was a salt of the earth sort of fellow… Vietnam Vet, ‘death from above’ tattoos all up and down his forearms, and a hell of a nice guy. I used to call him up every few weeks to have him FedEx my mail to me, and we’d end up BSing for an hour about the latest stupid thing that came out of Bush’s mouth.

Unfortunately, he went bust. Poof, no more maildrop. It turns out he wasn’t a very good businessman. So I have literally been without a real postal mailbox for about 4-years.

If I want to receive a package, I just have it shipped to wherever I am (or expect to be) in the world. If international shipping isn’t possible, I ship to a friend’s address in the US and ask them to send it on to me.

Any federal agency that needs to find me has appropriate contact information for one of my tax attorneys in Florida, and this is about the only real mail that I receive anymore– notices from the State Department, IRS, or Homeland Security come in through his office, and he forwards them to me.

Removing yourself from the postal system, or at least separating your mailing address from your home address, is a great step to increase your privacy. As privacy master JJ Luna often says, you never want to associate your name (i.e. mail) with your home address.

Commercial maildrop services are a good solution for this– you could simply set up a mail service near your home and collect all mail there. Or, if you’re an expat, you could set up a maildrop in your home country and have them receive and forward your mail to you anywhere in the world.

In this case, it would make sense to pick a mail drop in a state or province without any state sales tax… that way, if you buy something online, there will be no sales tax charged. This alone can often save the cost of the mail drop.

In the US, you can try these places in Oregon or Delaware, which have no state sales tax–

http://www.themailcenter.com/,
http://www.mailforwardingservices.com/
http://www.homebaseoregon.com/
http://www.demailbox.com/

In Canada, you would want to have something in Alberta: http://www.calgarymailbox.ca

If you’re looking to move overseas, sometimes it makes sense to set up a maildrop in your new country in order to ensure that you receive mail reliably. In Panama, for example, you could try
http://www.centam-mbe.com/ or
http://mailboxespanama.com/

Lastly, there are services like SwissPost in Switzerland or EarthClassMail in the United States which will receive all of your mail for you, and scan/email everything to you.

This is a reasonable solution if you expect to travel a lot and still receive a lot of mail, though I personally have privacy concerns of someone I don’t know going through my mail.

Have a great weekend.

PRESS RELEASE

Bob Podolsky to be Interviewed and discusses The Titania Project

On Sunday, May 8 at 5pm ET, Robert Podolsky will be interviewed on Corey Moore’s show, Voice Of Radical Dissent, to talk about the Titania Project. The Call in number is (858) 216-3433. This project is the fruit of more than 25 years of scientific research concerning the true nature of the massive problems currently facing humanity – and a potential solution to those problems.

The show will explain why the efforts of most “freedom activists” are DOOMED to FAILURE – be they Anarchists, Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Zeitgeist, Republic for the United States, Tea Party or mainstream political activists. Only when the true or root problem is known can a solution EVER be formulated. Most Groups focus on the problems within government in the belief that political action can FIX government – BUT

Government CANNOT be “fixed”. It does exactly what it was designed to do! Those that think otherwise, are still trapped in the MATRIX!

As Robert will explain, there is a viable alternative to government and its attendant hierarchies. Robert sometimes refers to this alternative as “organized anarchy” – and while this sounds to the uninitiated like an oxymoron, it is not. The word, “anarchy” means the absence of government. It does NOT mean the absence of organization – though proponents of government would have you think so. There are many non-hierarchic ways that groups can be organized, in the absence of government, to achieve ethical outcomes – and he will be talking about the most effective means in existence today.

To get more information about Bob Podolsky, read up on his background. He has extensive training and work experience in a broad range of scientific fields; and on May 8 you can tune in to his talk at http://lrn.fm/ Your feedback is welcome and desired!

The History Channel aired a two-hour program entitled ‘Prophets of Doom’. My kind of programming! Assembled were five experts in Apocalyptic scenarios; Michael Ruppert, Nathan Hagens, John Cronin, James Howard Kunstler, Professor Hugo De Garis and Robert Gleason. Each shared their views with one another and compared notes on how they think civilization will collapse. And to think I could have been watching ‘The People’s Choice Awards’ instead!

Is ‘Peak Oil’ real? The History Channel’s ‘Prophets of Doom’ say Yes!

‘Prophets of Doom’ starts off with Michael Ruppert, an ex-police officer and detective who is mighty worried about Peak Oil. That is the point where production begins to decline, forever. The United States hit it’s domestic Peak Oil in 1970. Many analysts say that we are near, or are already now in, the Global Peak Oil moment. Ruppert tells us that about 5 Billion people alive today owe their existence to our dependency on oil and natural gas. He’s looking for a mass culling, with the world depopulating, suddenly or steadily, from here on out.

Nathan Hagens, a former hedge fund manager takes a similar view but sees the financial system as the shakiest plank on the deck. He believes our monetary system is one big global Ponzi scheme. The United States is insolvent. We are in the middle of two races; Technology versus Depletion and the National Debt vs. Natural Resources. Our problem is both Peak Oil and Peak Credit. One is bad enough, but we are facing two at once.

Or is it three? John Cronin has been studying our freshwater situation and he concludes that it is getting scarcer. Not only is our supply of freshwater running short, but the quality of the water we have is getting worse. Shortages will become more frequent and the potential for disease and contamination increases. The other prophets agree that water is an essential need for survival.

James Howard Kunstler was a journalist who often covered energy issues. Like others, he is also concerned about Peak Oil. He sees an Energy Crunch coming soon. Kunstler cites the Hirsch Report, authorized by the Department of Energy in 2005. Hirsch spells out that we are indeed approaching the Global Peak Oil point in history. But the DoE buried the report because the findings were just too dismal. Kunstler believes that it is a common human frailty that the desperate become delusional.

Professor Hugo De Garis is less concerned with human frailty as he is with the coming age of self-aware robots. An expert in Artificial Intelligence, De Garis sees us rapidly approaching ‘The Singularity’ point, where robots will be able to think and act independently. The IQ gap between Man and Machine is steadily decreasing. The future is automated, says De Garis. He gives the example of South Korea, which is making it a national effort to develop a domestic home robot that will be in every home by 2020. Will robots develop into a rebellious force that will take over and dominate, if not outright eliminate, Humanity?

Finally, Robert Gleason brings us back down to Earth with an ever growing worry, nuclear terrorism. As editor for ‘End of Days’, he talks regularly with military and intelligence experts. While the threat of a nuclear war between nations seems less, the threat of nuclear terrorism has increased. Security at many facilities, even some in the United States, is very poor. Russia arrests nearly 500 people a year trying to steal fissionable material. Al Qaeda and other groups are eager to get their hands on enough to build a bomb.

The consensus of the panel from the History Channel’s ‘Prophets of Doom’ was that we are facing many serious issue all at once. Individually, any of them could cause a collapse of civilization. The ensemble of Michael Ruppert, Nathan Hagen, John Cronin, James Howard Kunstler, Professor Hugo De Garis and Robert Gleason, all paint a dire picture. But they do offer some ideas for softening the perils. At the heart of it is decentralization. Localizing food production and water purification would go a long way to saving lives. Large institutions are the most vulnerable in their Apocalyptic scenarios. But they advocate cooperation, not the isolation of running for the hills or crawling inside a bunker.

Populist lawyer, Gary Fielder, presents “The Gig Is Up: Money, the Federal Reserve and You. Live from Wolfe Hall at The University of Colorado School of Law, on December 4, 2008, Mr. Fielder, a criminal and constitutional lawyer from Denver, Colorado, presents a power point and video presentation on the creation of money with an historical analysis of our current banking system. With quotes from Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Abe Lincoln, Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich and many others.

Fielder makes his case to abolish the Federal Reserve and return to a sound and honest money system. Fractional Reserve Banking. Currency. Amero. World Government. International Banking. Are the poor are lazy?

Even if you said ‘No,’ the way we talk about wealth assigns moral superiority to the rich. Terms like ‘the wealth gap’ obscure basic truths about inequality, casting it as a natural economic function. Inequality is really a barrier made to keep others out. We can dismantle it, starting with our words.

By Anat Shenker-Osorio / April 4, 2011

Oakland, Calif.

Americans are in deep denial about our wealth inequality. In the US, the richest fifth have 84 percent of the wealth – and most of us don’t consider this to be a problem. In fact, we don’t even guess at the distribution close to correctly. In a recent poll by Duke’s Dan Ariely and Harvard’s Michael Norton, respondents thought that lucky fifth has more like 59 percent of all US wealth and favor them owning just 32 percent of it.

But our blindness to the amount of inequality and its effects on our society isn’t pure ignorance or apathy. It’s at least partly a function of how we talk about the issue. We say things like “the wealth gap” and “bridge the gulf” – phrases that obscure some basic truths about inequality.

It’s automatic and necessary to explain the world in metaphors – to describe abstractions by comparing them to concrete things. In the case of inequality, we’re characterizing the differences between the rich and the poor as though they’re objects affixed on opposite sides of a chasm. But viewing inequality as an economic canyon makes it hard to argue for policies that might actually diminish it. A canyon, after all, is a natural formation.

“Gap” isn’t a stirring call to action; it’s a clothing store. It may provide a ready image of where we are, but it says nothing about how we got here. Studies of cognition and decades of experience tell us that when we don’t provide an explanation, our audiences will fill one in themselves.

Poor is “bad,” wealthy is “good”

In this case, the cause-effect narrative for our “gap” seems to go like this: Those who are poor have chosen this condition. Whether it’s character flaw (lazy bum), moral failure (welfare queen), inherent defect (the bell curve), or all of the above, this story tells us what have-nots have not is ambition or intelligence.

It’s no accident that we routinely refer to the wealthiest as the “top” and the rest as the “bottom.” In English, good is up and bad is down. That’s why we say, “things are looking up” and “she’s down in the dumps.” No wonder we pull ourselves up (not forward or along) by our bootstraps. Calling certain folks upper class implies they are worth more not just materially but also morally.

Inequality isn’t an individual choice

If being rich or poor is understood as the result of differential effort, then we can conclude each category is simply a lifestyle choice. Inequality is then a sign that our economy is doing exactly what it should – rewarding the deserving and motivating the lazy. And the line of reasoning continues: Since there’s nothing wrong with this, there’s nothing anybody should do about it.

We use this “gap” language all the time. And then we wonder why the statistics we cite, the graphs we generate, and the examples we offer of widening inequality don’t raise the eyebrows, let alone the ire, of many in our audiences. Using this language tacitly degrades individuals and makes current conditions seem natural. By employing it, we blind the public to the fact that inequality isn’t an individual choice. Rather, it’s the direct result of the rules financial and political elites have crafted for their own enrichment.

In one economy, inequality hurts all

A wealth divide further implies we have two separate economies, with the rich on one side of the gap and everyone else on the other. If we believe the wealth of a few has absolutely no relationship to the deprivation of others, then there is no solution for inequality. Because there’s no problem.

This is not just a false assumption but also a dangerous one. All of us engage with one another, producing, consuming, saving, and investing in our one economy. But the wealthy have managed to make off with the lion’s share. When wealth connotes moral goodness, it’s easy to believe that these riches are just deserts. As Dan Quayle argued against progressive taxation, “Why should the best people be punished?” Yet history shows that some people are unfathomably rich because others are inexcusably poor.

So how do we get the word out about economic inequality? Not just how much of it exists, but also where it comes from, and why it’s destroying the long-term stability of American society and the proper functioning of our economy?

Make no mistake: Impoverishing certain populations is, in fact, derailing our entire economy. As we suppress real wages for the majority, we shrink purchasing power and with it consumption and then available employment. Without money to maintain our homes and care for our families, we have less and less reason to follow the tacit agreements of civil society.

Not a ‘gap,’ but a ‘barrier’

Instead of a “gap between rich and poor,” we’re far better served calling it a “barrier.” A barrier connotes a big, imposing wall behind which a few can hoard the goodies, while those on the other side are left wanting. When you barricade yourself in, you keep others out. Instead of asking to “bridge the divide,” let’s insist on dismantling the obstacles that keep too many from the gains produced of their own hard work.

The metaphor of inequality as a barrier, wall, or other obstruction highlights several critical truths about our economy. It tells us these objects are man-made. This conveys that inequality is not some God-given, inevitable, natural wonder. We have built these barriers, and we can bring them down. In other words, there’s another way our economy can be structured if we elect and work for it.

Deconstructing barriers

We can start by deconstructing the foundations of these barriers – spotty prenatal care, no universal preschool, lead-painted walls, and cheap, accessible junk food. We can continue by combating overcrowded classrooms managed by a revolving cast of untrained teachers. We can improve the recreational and after-school choices for children. And we can work to eliminate the neighborhood violence, dirty air, and contaminated water that form the perfect blockade to adult success.

Crafting our inequality narrative from this metaphor, we would use phrases like this: Inequality holds people back from contributing to our nation. It sets in place obstacles not only to success, but survival. Trapping some Americans in poverty, policies that promote inequality exclude certain groups from making a living, no matter how much they work. The rules we’ve crafted block access to resources and opportunities, and prevent huge numbers of us from participating meaningfully in our economy.

Let’s have our language lay the blame where it belongs – on the obstructions erected by decades of greed and concentrated wealth and power, not on the people who find themselves trapped on the wrong side of them. This is America. Don’t fence me in.

Is poverty, drugs, crime, war, terror, the Devil himself – fake?

To clarify this, I need to explain a new concept to you, called protection fraud. Protection fraud happens when a criminal collects a fee for pretending to “protect” the victims from an evil which he in fact secretly creates. It’s the second oldest profession in the world. Running uninterrupted for the last 3400 years, protection fraud is a $16 trillion global industry today. The following chart shows its 12 biggest cycles:

“Authorities” claimed to protect from While they created it by Approx. Start, Length Fraud Main Purpose Fraud Cycle Fantasy Name

Evil

Slaughtering 60 million 1400 BC, 3300 years Revenue “Organized Religion”

Wars

Starting wars on purpose 370 BC, 2200 years Revenue “Military Defense”

Witches

Torturing, killing 60 thousand 1450 AD, 300 years Revenue “Witch Hunts”

Tyranny

Replacing 1 kleptocrat with hundreds 1700 AD, 350 years Revenue “Political Representation”

Crime

Their drug trafficking, wars, etc 1800 AD, 200 years Revenue “Law and Order”

Economic crash

Debt-based fiat money 1870 AD, 150 years Revenue “Central banking”

Poverty

Plundering the economy 1870 AD, 100 years Revenue “Welfare state”

Communism & fascism

Its Financing by Wall Street 1916 AD, 75 years Revenue “WW2, Cold War “

Narcotics

Terror

Financing it through intelligence 2001 AD, 5 years Revenue “War On Terror”

Asteroids and Extraterrestrials

Building UFOs, etc Future Revenue “Space Weapons”

Climate disasters

Greenhouse gases and HAARP Future Revenue “Disaster Response”

Borg frequency chartThe chart, once fully grasped, leads to 4 significant conclusions.
1.) Every major cause the “authorities” tried, over the ages, to justify their rule with – God’s mandate to fight Evil, providing defense, upholding law and order, subsidizing the poor, etc. – is a fraud.
2.) Every fraud cycle is the same old fraud, with a new “evil” tacked on when the old evil doesn’t produce enough revenue anymore. Could such a fraud be just a “honest mistake”? Not 12 times in a row.
3.) The public uncovers each successive fraud cycle faster. From the initial 3300 years the “war on devil” was believed by a majority, to 5 years the majority saw through the “war on terror”, a healthy percentage knows already that the authorities’ next claim will be a fraud too. Good going.
4.) An “authority” with a track record of continuous criminal racketeering of 6 billion and the premeditated murder of 200 million victims over a period of 3400 years has no legal, moral, or other standing whatsoever to rule, control or manage society; to determine right and wrong; or to enforce it.
To clear up the last remaining mystery, would you like to know where protection fraud originates from? Plato gives us a good testimony in his Republic. “There are quacks and diviners who peddle their wares to the rich and make them believe that these cheapjacks possess powers, procured from the Gods for healing any sin… They maintain that these rites … liberate us from the torments of the world beyond the grave”. Et voila, mankind’s first recorded “protectors” and “liberators” from evil and torment which they themselves made up. The ancestors of every protection scam, of every organized religion, of every government, of every central bank in the world: a bunch of swindlers.

Authorities’ create problems to “solve” them

Recent history is an awesome 3400-year true crime story with a cast of 6 billion of whom the “authorities” murdered 200 million in cold blood to uphold – a swindle, their protection fraud. Pass the word on: all the evils the “authorities” imply you would face without their existence tomorrow – poverty, crime, wars, terror, the Devil himself – are fake. The “authorities” create and sustain these, using our money. (Example? Our taxes now fund the Fed’s drug trafficking, which fuels 75% of all robberies, burglaries, etc… our tax dollars at work, literally growing crime). Okay, but how about all their good deeds, those welfare, retirement checks and subsidies paid to millions? – one might ask. The recipients are not paid by the government but by the productive economy whose two thirds of the contributions the government diverted to itself for the last 30 years. Yes, in plain English it stole most of the poor people’s money, not helped them. If there wasn’t a government to plunder them tomorrow, both the recipients could get more money and the economy would have to contribute less.

Now you understand: you owe no thanks, no allegiance, no support to any “authorities” whose every claim of helping you – like those of Plato’s “torment liberators’ – was a swindle. Can you say “No one is protecting me but me right now.” and “I need no one to protect me but me” without getting upset? If you can, now you think like a free person. Sooner or later you’ll be able to live like one too. One of the fraud cycles to end soon is fiat money, which causes a collapse of the power structure and its enforcement gang every time. It imploded the Roman Empire (in spite of all their weapons and ruses), it imploded the Soviet Empire (ditto), and it will implode the current empire too (ditto). When this happens and a new productive economy emerges based on interest-free citizen-issued money (if people are smart), all you need to do is to keep anyone from imposing a new fraud cycle on you. You can handle this much. The main revolution took place half an hour ago already. It was in your head.

Today, for only the second and final time, I’ll be using MY Sunday radio show, which starts at 3:06 PM Eastern (2:06 PM Central, 1:06 PM Mountain, and 12:06 PM Pacific), to launch a DownsizeDC.org campaign — A Backdoor Real ID Card.

This backdoor Real ID card is called the Transportation Worker Identification Credential; TWIC card for short. My guest, during the second hour, will be Lowell Rogers, a brown-water, tugboat engineer. More about Lowell and the card in just a moment.

But first, I want to announce two other things . . .

First, this is my second-to-last live broadcast. August 24 will be my final episode, and Congressman Ron Paul is scheduled to be the featured guest of that August 24 episode (that’s not today, but next Sunday).

Second, this is MY radio show. This program is about what interests me, and you receive this message because of a promotional arrangement between Yours Truly, and DownsizeDC.org. The guests, topics, and views expressed on the show are not those of the staff, management, and sponsors of DownsizeDC.org.

That’s relevant because for the first hour we’re going to discuss something that may interest you, but it’s not normal political fare. But I believe it’s relevant.

My guest during the first hour will be Frank Viola, co-author of the book, “Pagan Christianity.”

Viola is a conservative, orthodox Christian. It’s important to say that, because his book is perceived, by many, to be an attack on religion. It reveals the pagan origins of regular services in a dedicated building, order of worship, professional priests and paid clergy, the sermon, dressing up for Sunday services, choirs, thimbles of wine for communion, and tithing. He accuses the church of being too much like big a corporation, instead of what it should be — of being oppressive, instead of organic.

This book is, to me, one of the most important books I’ve ever read, and I’m eager to get Viola on my show, not only because of the personal interest that I and some close friends have in this particular book, but also because I think it’s part of an important national, downsizing trend.

Perhaps the best way to sum up the downsizing targets came from author Robert Podolsky, tackling an entity he called the B.O.R.G. Matrix. It’s an acronym:

B, as in Big Business and/or Banks
O and R, as in Organized Religion
G as in Government, as in an overarching, intrusive, and expensive State.

There is, in my humble estimation, a growing, post-modern movement that is increasingly impatient with centralized authority figures working from big institutions — what C. Wright Mills called “The Power Elite.”

It’s not just Big Government that’s coming under scrutiny, it’s major corporations, the empire, central bankers, and institutional media who are coming under the microscope as well. The next generation is seeking and finding alternatives based on their niche desires and values, opposed to playing world policeman, questioning our monetary system, and creating their own news sources. Ron Paul tapped into this trend (did I mention he’s coming on my show next week?).

Organized Religion is also getting a major and, in my humble opinion, well-deserved deconstruction. I found Viola’s book compelling. But please, keep in mind, as my non-religious colleague Perry Willis would be quick to point out: We’re building a positive, transpartisan, COALITION — a movement. It will take lots of different types of people.

So if this topic interests you, please tune in for the first hour. If not, join us for the second hour when we return to more standard fare. (NOTE: Last minute schedule changes happen on live radio). Regarding that second hour . . .

Lowell Rogers has been an engineer on a brown-water tugboat for 23 years. He loves his work, and his employer likes the way Lowell does his job. But starting April 2009, thanks to the Maritime Safety Act, Lowell’s employer will have to assume he’s a potential terrorist, unless he has a Transportation Worker Identification Credential — a TWIC card.

The TWIC card will require a criminal background check, and will include Smart Card biometric identifiers. It will place sensitive information about Lowell into a centralized government database. Lowell, as an act of patriotism, will refuse to take what he calls “the Mark of the Beast,” and his 23-year career will come to an end. Here’s why this matters to you . . .

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) wants you to have a Real ID card that’s very similar to the TWIC card. But DHS is failing to implement the Real ID because state governments are resisting. Twenty one states are refusing to comply with the REAL ID. It’s probably the biggest rebellion against the federal government since the Civil War. So what can the DHS do to overcome this rebellion?

They can “pick off the herd” — hit one industry at a time until so many people have Smart Cards no one is left to resist. Those with the Smart Cards may even begin to think it would be “just” if everyone had one. It’s a classic totalitarian strategy, summed up by the German Pastor Martin Niemoller . . .

“…first (they came) for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the Jews, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
And then . . . they came for me . . . and by that time there was no one left to speak up.”

Lowell Rogers may be among the first that they’re “coming for,” but he won’t be the last. The President has issued a presidential directive, HSD12, aiming to force all federal employees AND CONTRACTORS to carry a Smart Card. This means government employees and contractors will be the first part of the herd they pick-off. There are 1.8 million federal employees, excluding elected officials, the military, and employees of the Postal Service. But it won’t end there.

DHS is also attempting to impose Smart Cards on truckers and railroad workers, covering another 3.5 million workers. And the maritime/TWIC portion of the strategy will apply to about 700,000 workers.

If DHS can “come for” these 6 million people, how long before you think they’re going to get you too? Preventing this from happening starts with defending Lowell Rogers. He’s willing to stand up and resist, at the potential loss of his career. How about you?

* Please tune in today to meet Lowell. Call-in and ask him questions.

* Please send Congress a message asking them to repeal and defund the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card).

Of course, during today’s show, we’ll have a Gun Owners of America update as well.

The two-hour show starts at 3:06 PM Eastern (2:06 PM Central, 1:06 Mountain, and 12:06 PM Pacific), and maybe you just have questions about Downsize DC.

By SETH LIPSKY

The next chapter in the struggle over sound money may be the case of a newly minted felon named Bernard von NotHaus. Mr. von NotHaus was convicted this month of counterfeiting money by issuing silver coins called Liberty Dollars. His company’s website says it’s been taken down by court order, and absent a successful appeal he could spend years in jail.

Mr. von NotHaus was convicted under a section of the United States Code that makes it a crime to manufacture or pass “any coins of gold or silver or other metal, or alloys of metals, intended for use as current money, whether in the resemblance of coins of the United States or of foreign countries, or of original design.” The law was enacted during the Civil War, soon after the Union began issuing the paper scrip known as greenbacks.

It is too soon to say what Mr. von NotHaus’s grounds of appeal will be, but it is not too soon to say that his case will be one to watch at a time when so many believe our economic troubles are tied to the fact that the dollar has become a fiat currency, and when leaders world-wide are calling for a new reserve currency.

So alarming has been the collapse of the dollar that the legislatures in as many as a dozen American states are considering using their authority—under Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution—to make legal tender out of gold and silver coins. Lest the ghost of Friedrich Hayek or any other advocate of privately issued money get any bright ideas, however, the von NotHaus verdict will stand as a warning.

The warning is contained in paragraph 33 of the indictment handed up against Mr. von NotHaus in a courtroom at Statesville, N.C. It said:

“Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution delegates to Congress the power to coin money and to regulate the value thereof. This power was delegated to Congress in order to establish a uniform standard of value. Along with the power to coin money, Congress has the concurrent power to restrain the circulation of money not issued under its own authority, in order to protect and preserve the constitutional currency for the benefit of the nation. Thus, it is a violation of law for private coin systems to compete with the official coinage of the United States.”

Yet a curious thing happened in the courthouse on the day before the jury went to deliberate. According to Aaron Michel, Mr. von NotHaus’s attorney, the judge granted Mr. Michel’s request to delete paragraph 33 from the indictment.

“That is a statement of law that, if it were to be put before the jury at all, should have been a matter of discussion between the parties as to the court’s instructions to the jury on the law,” Mr. Michel quoted the judge, Richard Voorhees, as saying. “In any event, it does not appear to the court to be a factual predicate that is supported by the evidence in the case.”

The judge then asked one of the federal prosecutors, Jill Westmoreland Rose, whether she had “any comment on that.” “No, Your Honor,” Ms. Rose replied, according to Mr. Michel. So the copy of the indictment that went to the jury contained white space where paragraph 33 once was.

Yet after Mr. von NotHaus was convicted on March 18, the government issued a press release trumpeting the verdict and repeating the part of the original indictment that the judge had struck out. The release also went further, asserting that Congress’s power to coin money under the Constitution was also meant to “insure a singular monetary system for all purchases and debts in the United States, public and private.”

It again asserted that it is a violation of federal law for individuals—such as, it added, Mr. von NotHaus—”to create private coin or currency systems to compete with official coinage and currency of the United States.” So much for the judge’s view that the paragraph was unsupported by evidence in the case. The U.S. Attorney’s office did not respond to a request for comment.

To be sure, there are advocates of sound money who believe that, while Mr. von NotHaus’s scheme may have been visionary in principle, he made some mistakes under American law. He put a “$” sign on the silver he was issuing, and he denominated the units in dollars (albeit Liberty Dollars, or Liberties). Such facts may have helped convince the jury to find him guilty of counts involving the counterfeiting of coins.

It may also be, however, that the government has overreached in the von NotHaus case. It is indisputably clear that the power to coin money and regulate its value is one that the Constitution delegates to Congress. It’s an enumerated power, and one of the big ones. It’s also clear that the Constitution bars states from making coins other than gold or silver legal tender. But it is not clear that there is a constitutional basis or a logic for prohibiting individuals from making and selling pieces of gold and silver and using them, on a voluntary basis, as money—i.e., to “compete with” the official coinage of the U.S.

Certainly it’s a loser’s game to suppress private money that is sound in order to protect government-issued money that is unsound. For, as was once said by the same Abraham Lincoln who brought in the greenback to finance the great cause of the Union, you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.
